AIR-FRIED BLACKENED SALMON

When I telllllll you, this was BOMB. It was BOMBBBB. It's quick & easy and should take no more than 15 minutes - the perfect quick meal!

Ingredients:
salmon, sliced into filets about 2-3 inches wide
paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
for cucumber avocado salad:
whole avocado, sliced into squares
whole persian cucumber, sliced
red onion, half and sliced into squares
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
Season salmon filets and place into air fryer.
Set air fryer to 400 degrees and set the timer to cook for 7 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, mix all ingredients for the cucumber avocado salad together in a bowl.
Take the salmon out of the air fryer, plate with the salad and enjoy!

P.S. Try the leftover salad with tortilla chips for a quick and delicious snack!
