AIR-FRIED BLACKENED SALMON

When I telllllll you, this was BOMB. It was BOMBBBB. It's quick & easy and should take no more than 15 minutes - the perfect quick meal!

Ingredients:

  • salmon, sliced into filets about 2-3 inches wide

  • paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste

for cucumber avocado salad:

  • whole avocado, sliced into squares

  • whole persian cucumber, sliced

  • red onion, half and sliced into squares

  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Season salmon filets and place into air fryer.

  2. Set air fryer to 400 degrees and set the timer to cook for 7 minutes.

  3. While the salmon is cooking, mix all ingredients for the cucumber avocado salad together in a bowl.

  4. Take the salmon out of the air fryer, plate with the salad and enjoy!

P.S. Try the leftover salad with tortilla chips for a quick and delicious snack!
