Sidebarre is a high intensity, low impact full body workout. Our classes build and tone in all of the right places, sculpting your best body yet.


Although no dance experience is required at all, our instructors are technically trained in ballet, making them fully aware of how the body operates.

We have fun, but we get it done! So, come meet us at the barre and make your body the sexiest outfit you own!
